Hello there! My name's Rebecca.
I'm a recent-ish college grad trying to make my way through adulthood.
I started this blog as a freshman in college as a way to take my passion for baking with me to school. Over the years, the blog has taken new shapes with the new milestones I hit, but it always comes back to the food.
Food is a way to bring a group of people together, to form a community based on warmth, compassion, and service. At least, that's what I think. It's how I show love to the people around me. Let me share that with you.
Thanks for visiting,

Cool blog, Rebecca! I'm saving your link!
ReplyDeleteHey there Miss Cupcake....it's Sandy from Dad's office! I have to tell you that you are a VERY talented young lady in many ways. First of all....your bakery items are MUCH loved in the office as you know. Secondly...you are a talented writer, I read one of your blogs a few weeks back and thought to myself, she is going to be a great writer someday. You have A LOT of talent Ms. Cupcake...keep up the good work and come see us soon...you don't have to bring cupcakes (but we won't turn them away LOL!).
ReplyDeleteYou're so sweet! Made my night ^_^
DeleteRebecca! This is Lydia from way back at NHS. I think it's just the coolest thing that you have a cooking blog. Fantastic.
ReplyDeleteHaha, waaaaay back. It feels that way. But thank you! That truly means a lot to me.
DeleteA junior in college and all this baking/cooking! Good for you! :-) Following!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I tried to begin college without any of my making supplies, but I got really sad and fidgety. It was only then that I realized how important it was to me!
DeleteHi Rebeccca, I run a tea company out of Seattle, and i was wondering if I could post some of your recipes on our site.
ReplyDeleteWe would link back to your blog definitely.
-Eugene
